In the north of Russia — in the city of St. Petersburg — an exhibition of icons from the collection of Sergei Grigorievich Stroganov will be held, the National Tourism Portal of Russia reports.

Dates of the icon exhibition:
June 30, 2025 — February 1, 2026
The exhibition introduces visitors to works of icon painting and pictorial embroidery from the collections of the Russian Museum.
The halls of the Stroganov Palace were chosen for the exhibition for a reason: it was here that numerous collections of the Stroganov Counts were kept before the revolution.
Two new exhibitions will be presented in the Stroganov Palace: “Icons from the collection of Sergei Grigorievich Stroganov” and “Russian decorative tray”.
